NOTE; Due to the hand-casting of some produsts, there will be small variances in the sizes of each piece..

SCHEDULING; Normal engraving orders are taking 10 to 15 work or business days after proof. If any question don't be afraid to contact us. Sometimes we might be a little faster. BUT, if not we have a Rush Charge that means we work overtime and weekends. We will try to help as we don't like to work overtime, we have though. Engraving products are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of funds and order comformation.

ARTWORK; Our glass engraving services require line type drawings no gray scale, halftones or color. Special font style (smallest font size 10 point) must be embedded with file if sent by disk (floppy,CD, zip) or email. All files saved or exported in format cdr/cpt)CoralDraw V-8 or EPS.. If in dought Please contact us we will help or at least try..Any computer time required will be charge at $60.00 per hour, first half [1/2] hour free.. Resizing to fit will be free as some products have different areas to engrave.. If all engraved products are not the same their will be a $2.50 line change..

PAPER PROOF; All engraving services will be faxed for proof reading for your signature and it will include shipping date. After approval "which is required" prompt answer will help to get you order done in time for you special event..

OTHER SERVICES; If engraving is need in other locations of the product add $7.50.

One time logo and or design fee $50.00 . Be sure to add that to the cart only one time per logo or design. Sample; if you have 2 differant logos for 2 awards you will add $100.00, but if you have one logo for 10 or more awards add $50.00. We will save your logo or design for 3 years since last used. No set-up will be charged again. But if you change you logo or design, YES, we will charge for the new or updated logo or design

Most of the products in our catalog include engraving prices. If by chance that the engraving price is not displayed Please contact us.

SHIPPING; We will ship by the shipper of your choice. Shipping cost will be of actual cost factor plus a little for materials, which will be itemized. Our products will be shipped and packaged by experenced shippers. In the catalog sections, you will notice that the shipping weight seems a bit high but we package well so that you get it as safely as possible without damage. If package has arrived damaged YOU notify the carrier for inspection and pick up. ALL PACKING MATERIAL AND CARTON MUST BE SAVED FOR CARRIER..

REPLACEMENT; If Engraved products are damaged by shipping, notify us as it might take time for the carrier to settle the damage problem and a special date is coming up. We will replace damaged engraved product as fast as we can. YES, you will be billed for that product replacement & shipping. If it is our fault then everything is on us.
